heycar - Front End Developer

We’re passionate about our craft and currently the FE team comprises 7 talented
engineers. Together we work closely with Product, Design/UX, and other stakeholders to deliver new platform features and improve our infrastructure and performance.
The frontend team sits within the wider engineering department alongside Backend
Engineering, DevOps, and QA.

Together we work within two squads based around business goals and key objectives,
with a delivery framework based on agile methodologies and ceremonies. A squad is a
mix of backend and frontend engineers, QA, and product owners with oversight from our Head of Delivery. We try to rotate on a quarterly basis to keep things fresh and reduce bus factor.
