Reflecting on last week's Mental Health Awareness Week a cause which is central to our FFConf ethos: even the smallest actions can combat powerlessness and foster hope. But while individual steps matter, our collective impact when we come together on 13th November is where the real power lies.

With that in mind, we want to highlight Amy Hupe's funny and frank talk from 2024. Amy shares her personal journey from the corporate world to self-employment, navigating burnout, and losing her passion. She reclaims her meaning beyond output - through curiosity, play, connection, and her core perspective.
