🐣 Early bird ends, testimonials and the web's birthday 🎂

Latest Event News

Last chance to grab your early bird ticket - sales end tomorrow!

Then all ticket sales close for August and we return on Thursday 3rd September with standard priced tickets (£249+VAT) plus revealing the final speakers.

So we leave you with four ways to join us on Friday 13th November:

From Our Archive

We know that there is something special about FFConf. Sometimes we can't put it into words so we want to share the words of people who have sat in the audience and on stage:

Two-time speaker, Léonie Watson shares:

Can't recommend this enough... #ffconf is one of the most excellent, friendly, informative, and well-curated frontend confs out there and there's a good reason people keep going year on year.

Our 2015 speaker, Sara Soueidan shares:

FFConf stands as one of the best events I've had the honour to speak at. He didn't know until this moment but Remy (& his family!) made it one of the best speaker experiences I've ever had.

If you can attend this event, I strongly encourage you to. Let's keep supporting great events by great humans🩷

Community News

We'll miss you next week, but we wanted to highlight the 35th "birthday" of the first pages published on the web on 6th August 1991.

It's impressive to think it all started there, and now we're part of an industry that connects us in so many ways.

You can get a sense of what that first page looked like through the first browser: World Wide Web (what a terrible name!).

Or maybe you're a terminal lover; perhaps the second browser, the Line Mode browser is for you (although, do note that the experience is a little janky; it was written back in 2013!).

Finally, if you want something a little fun, we've been playing 18words a lot lately. I'm sure that can tide you over until we're back!
